Miraal.ai

Terms of Service

Version 1.0. Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Miraal.ai (company incorporation in progress), Pune, Maharashtra, India ("Miraal", "we", "us") for your use of Miraal.ai. We are in the process of forming a company and will update this page when incorporation completes. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you use Miraal.ai for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

2. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password and sign-in methods safe, and tell us at support@miraal.ai if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may sign in with email and password or with Google.

3. The service

Miraal.ai currently offers AI chat, answers that can use live web search, read-aloud of replies, file attachments, and scheduled tasks. We may add, change or remove features, and some features may be switched off at times.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Miraal.ai to:

5. AI output has limits

Replies are produced by AI models and may be wrong, incomplete, biased or out of date, even when they sound sure. Live-search answers quote third-party sources that we do not control. Nothing from Miraal.ai is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified person and with the original sources. You are responsible for how you use the output.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you type and upload ("your content") and of the replies you receive, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store and process your content, and to send it to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload. Because AI can produce similar output for different people, we cannot promise that a reply is unique.

Miraal.ai, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.

7. Scheduled tasks

A scheduled task runs your saved instruction on a daily or weekly schedule in Indian Standard Time and saves the result in your account. Current limits: up to 3 tasks per user, at most 10 scheduled runs per day across your tasks, and at most one run of a task per day. Runs can be late, retried or skipped. A task is paused automatically after repeated failures on 3 days. Emailing task results is off unless you turn it on for that task. Results are AI output and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

8. Free-tier and usage limits

Miraal.ai chat is currently free, within fair-use limits. Billing is not live. If we introduce paid plans, we will update these terms before they apply. Limits include, at present, 50 MB per uploaded file, 20 live web searches per user per day, 15,000 characters of read-aloud per user per day, and the scheduled-task limits above. Our AI and search providers also have their own quotas, so a reply may be slower, use a different model, or be unavailable. We may change limits at any time and do not promise any level of availability.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Miraal.ai at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@miraal.ai. We may limit, suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, if your use puts the service or others at risk, or if we must by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) continue after your access ends.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Miraal.ai is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill, or for loss that comes from relying on AI output. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Miraal.ai after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the service.

14. Contact and grievances

Questions about these terms: support@miraal.ai. Complaints go to our Grievance Officer, Neha Singh, Director, at support@miraal.ai. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
